"Kristian led the construction of our modern weekend home on our 23 acre farm on the Niagara escarpment. Our primary residence is in Toronto and we were unable to visit the construction site often due to our jobs, young children and COVID. We felt very comfortable leaving the project (almost entirely) in Kristian's capable hands. We were very happy with the quality of the work. Despite COVID, Kristian delivered the project on time. We did not have to chase him to complete the punchlist items that remained at the end of construction. Construction was completed 3 years ago and we have not yet encountered any issues with the work. Kristian worked well with our interior designer. He offered creative solutions to design challenges and made a few helpful design suggestions of his own. He was forthright with pricing. He guided us in terms of where we could cut costs versus where we should not cut costs.
